'Astronomy Day' is a world-wide bi-annual event that occurs in spring and fall. During this event professional astronomers, amateur astronomy clubs, science communicators, planetariums and science societies assemble together to share their knowledge and the latest discoveries under the theme of "Bringing Astronomy to the People" .
Thanks to USJ Astronomy Club's efforts, Lebanon jumped to the bandwagon of this event, hundreds of people interested in Astronomy from across the country enjoyed the show. The event was of utmost success and raised the bar for future science events in the area.
I wish the best of luck to USJ Astronomy Club in their future projects, and I hope all the local science clubs join forces for greater collaborations in the future. I will let photos speak for themselves:
